What email should I use to request a quote or send drawings/takeoffs?
Email your takeoff, drawings, or parts list to orders@hmfduct.com and include your job name, delivery ZIP code, and requested delivery date if you have one. If you’re not sure what to send, email what you have. We’ll follow up for any missing details.What do you need from me to provide a quote?
Send whatever you have. The fastest quotes usually include a takeoff or parts list, plus any drawings/prints (PDF is fine). If you don’t have a takeoff, send plans or a description of what you need and we’ll confirm the remaining details.
Can I submit a quote request without all documents ready?
Yes. Submit the form or email what you have now. We’ll review it and request anything else needed to finalize pricing.
What file types can I send?
PDF is preferred. We can also review common file formats for drawings and lists. If you’re unsure, send it and we’ll confirm.

We do offer delivery Monday through Friday. The cost is based on mileage from our shop. Call us at 724.693.9605 to discuss your particular needs.Do you do estimates?
Yes. From Blueprints or take offs. Simply submit your estimate to Quotes@hmfduct.com along with your deadline and we will get back to you with any questions we have.Product Questions:
Do you wrap duct?
We will do blue wrap but this is just a protective barrier for before the duct is installed. We do not wrap duct with insulation.Do you powder coat?
If your order requires powder coating, we can send out your ductwork to be powder coated in a variety of colors and finishes (matte or gloss). Since we send this out of house, extra lead time is necessary.Do you have paint grip?
If you prefer to paint it yourself, we carry galvanneal, which is a paint grip product available on both our spiral and rectangular duct. This is a special order. We do not keep paint grip in house.What kind of spiral do you sell? What lengths is it available in?
- We carry regular and double beaded spiral products. Regular duct from 4”-40” and double beaded from 10”-40”.
- Our spiral is normally cut in 10’ lengths but we can also cut custom lengths up to 20’.
