Acceptance of Order
Possession of our catalog does not constitute an offer to sell. All orders are subject to acceptance. No terms or conditions appearing in the buyers order that are contrary to Hennemuth Metal Fabricators, Inc. terms and conditions shall be binding upon Hennemuth Metal Fabricators, Inc. unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Terms
All sales are subject to prior credit approval. Terms of payment without prior credit approval. Terms of payment without prior credit approval are cash, certified check, Visa or Mastercard.
Payment
All invoices are due net 30 days from date of invoice. There will be a service charge of 1½% per month that will be applied to all invoices over 30 days late. All reasonable legal and collection fees shall be assessed in the event that it becomes necessary to collect and indebtedness.
Freight and Delivery
Unless otherwise stated in quotation form, prices are F.O.B. Hennemuth Metal Fabricators, Inc. warehouse. All freight and delivery charges will be billed freight collect or added to the buyer's invoice.
Vehicle Loads
Hennemuth Metal Fabricators, Inc. is not responsible for securing loads on customer vehicles. Any lost or damaged merchandise due to poor loading is the responsibility of the driver and his or her company.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. Merchandise will be billed at the prices in effect at the time of shipment. Prices do not include any applicable federal, state or local taxes.
Returns
Special orders that are non stock items cannot be returned for credit.
Warranty
Hennemuth Metal Fabricators, Inc. makes no expressed or implied warranties as to the goods sold but extends to the buyer the manufacturer's standard warranty available upon request.
Company Recommendations
Any recommendations made by the Seller, or any of its authorized representatives, concerning uses of or applications of the products sold hereunder are believe reliable but the Seller makes no warranty, expressed or implied, of results to be obtained.
Damages
Hennemuth Metal Fabricators, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages or losses of any kind resulting from the purchase or installation of any product.
